-Zelle is my preferred payment type but I will accept Paypal or Venmo as well.
-For insurance purposes as well as record keeping when paying with any form I ask that you include the name of the work, the price of it and your shipping address.
PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT Shipping information
Artworks are protected with archival cellophane sleeves and protected with foam board and in appropriate cases corner protectors in either sealed envelopes, boxes or tubes.
All packages within the U.S.A are tracked and insured. I can track for Canada but s&h costs would be higher.
International shipping costs have to be calculated individually and are higher than the US shipping costs I have listed on pieces. They are VERY high and in many cases cannot be tracked.
If there is damage due to shipping and photo evidence shows proof of that damage I will offer to either attempt to repair it if possible or give a refund after the painting is returned to me.
-I do all I can to ensure safe delivery of all the art I send out.
-I'm careful to ship at a time the buyer will be present to receive or pick it up as soon or soon after it's been delivered.
-If a piece is lost or delivered to a wrong address due to a buyer giving me the incorrect address I will not be able to to offer a refund so please double check the address you give me.
-I track all packages and alert the buyer when I receive delivery confirmation and ask the buyer to confirm receipt of the package.
-If a package is delivered and is left to sit around for more than 8 hours and winds up incurring damage or theft due to not being picked up I will not be able to offer a refund.
